Thanks for the added hints and infor, bigR. Like you I don't think I would keep it in my systemtray either I have enough there already.

Neat about the highlight and copy to clipboard.  So it works a lot like CleverKeys in that respect, good to know.  Added benifit is using it off line.

Thanks for the helpful hints bigR.  I don't like having the WW Icon on my taskbar.  How do I create a shortcut and put it in my QuiclkLaunch toolbar?  I think that I know how but just had a mental lapse.

OK cancel my previous question.  The brain got a surge of oxygen and I remembered how to do it.  I had created a WW icon on my desktop and attempted to drag and drop it to the toolbar but it wouldn't stay there.  I finally moved the verticle bar on the right-hand side of the QuickLaunch section to the right and it allowed room for the WW icon.  Thanks.

You did good, Bobby.  Now that you have it there you can also drag it to the left and displace less important apps if you want.  You call also drag the bar to the left and hide those that aren't used too much to make room. To view those out of view just click on the tiny errors.  You may already know all this but just in case ......

I actually have 3 tool bars (quick launch bars?) created with Blake's help.  I don't know how I ever did with them. Most used programs at your fingertips launched with one click.

One bar is for Local Apps such as NotePad, Paint, Desktop, Scanner, media players etc. One is for Maintance Apps such as spyware scanners, registry cleaner and other tools. One is for Internet Apps such as internet connection, browsers and mail.

The Task Bar is under these tool bars

Way to go, Bobby! You're getting to be quite the 'puter guru now.  Applause

Yes, RB, that's one of the things I like about WW, that it works offline and isn't dependent on a website being up. Servers crash, sites go down, sites move.

Another free thesaurus, that my brother told me about, is The Sage:
http://www.sequencepublishing.com/thesage.html

That's sorta cool... I just looked in at Pricelessware, and both WW and The Sage are listed in the dictionary/thesaurus category:
http://www.pricelesswarehome.org/2006/PL2006BUSINESS-HOME.php

Pricelessware is a great resource for free software!

Like rb said, you can click on the arrows to reveal the other hidden icons on your Toolbars.  I created 4 separate Toolbars:  Telephones, Internet, System Tools, and Local.  So I always know where to look for an icon based on its category...

WordWeb is GREAT! I'm a pretty big scaredy-cat, so I don't install stuff very often. WordWeb is defiantly GREAT!

I don't understand why you wouldn't leave it in the system tray? It's not a big resources hog, and the convenience of just highlighting a word and clicking the icon is the whole beauty of it. The "Replace" button works for the "Try" button as well as any word you fine on the lower screen.

WordWeb and IESpell are my most favoritest FREEBIES!

So I'm running WordWeb v.3.03. I'm Win89se. Does anyone know what advantages would be in v.4.0 for me? I'll probabbly keep what I've got.

Bobby, keep the icon in your sys tray, is my advice.

Bob, whether you have the icon for WordWeb in the system tray or in the tool bar it is still only  a click away.  Only difference is that in the system tray it's "on" all the time.  If you don't have too much in the system tray I suppose it doesn't matter but I already have enough stuff there.  Stuff that I want and need to have running.

I don't know what the differences may be from one version to the next, I installed the one at the link that bigR gave.
