Other countries are putting the brakes on that. I'm not sure if Madonna ever got the child she wanted to adopt or not but I do remember the last adoption was stopped or put on hold because there was an outcry there about adopting children out of the country.
I don't even know, are there many, or any, American children being adopted by foreign couples and taken out of the U.S.?

I think it's just fine that at least some people outside the country are adopting black babies from the USA, like the Canadians in the article. Few couples here seem willing to take them because of "ethnophobia". Hats off to them.   |

I agree. For many reason, I also think it's great. Like I said I don't know anything about the latest statistics, those site are from 2005.
